FAQ
Membership questions, answered.
Membership is a flat monthly charge, billed in advance on the same date each month. Your first charge is the one-time Premium Reset Detail at your member rate; recurring monthly billing begins on that date.
Month-to-month with a three-month minimum. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
If you cancel before completing three months, the discount on your Premium Reset Detail is billed back. That is the only penalty.
A full detail that brings your vehicle to baseline so the membership can maintain it. It’s required to start and charged once at a member rate.
No — visits are scheduled monthly and used within the month. You can reschedule within the same month with 48 hours’ notice.
Salinas, Monterey, and across Monterey County. Service outside the core area is subject to approval.
Maintenance pricing assumes a vehicle kept at baseline. Heavy buildup between visits may need an add-on, quoted at your member rate — except on Signature Care, where reasonable as-needed add-ons are included.
