1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and use of the Foam Bros Care Maintenance Membership (“Membership”), offered by Foam Bros Mobile Detailing (“Foam Bros,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them in full. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

2. Definitions

  • Membership — a recurring, mobile vehicle-care subscription delivered to your home or office on a set schedule.
  • Premium Reset Detail — the one-time full detail performed at the start of every Membership to bring the vehicle to baseline condition.
  • Express Refresh — the standardized recurring maintenance visit included in every plan.
  • Quarterly Protection Service — the enhanced visit performed every third month on the Protection Plan and Signature Care tiers.
  • Plan — one of the three Membership tiers: The Refresh, The Protection Plan, or Signature Care.
  • Billing Cycle — the recurring monthly period on which Membership fees are charged.

3. Membership Plans & Pricing

Monthly pricing is by vehicle class. Rates are locked for twelve (12) months from your enrollment date.

Plan inclusions are described on the Membership page and may be detailed in your service confirmation. Vehicle class is determined by Foam Bros at the Premium Reset Detail.

4. Enrollment & the Premium Reset Detail

Every Membership begins with a Premium Reset Detail. This service is required — it establishes the baseline condition that the Membership is designed to maintain. The Reset Detail is charged once, at the member rate above, at the time of enrollment. Recurring monthly billing begins on the date the Reset Detail is performed and recurs on that calendar day each month.

Maintenance pricing assumes a vehicle that has been brought to and kept at baseline condition. Memberships are intended for vehicles in good, maintained condition and are not a restoration service for heavily neglected vehicles.

5. Billing & Payment

  • Membership fees are billed as a flat monthly charge, in advance, on your Billing Cycle date.
  • Payment is processed securely through Foam Bros' booking and payment platform. By enrolling, you authorize Foam Bros to charge your payment method on file on each Billing Cycle date until the Membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  • It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of service until payment is resolved.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Minimum Term & Commitment

Membership is month-to-month with a three (3) month minimum commitment. There is no long-term contract beyond this minimum.

7. Cancellation

  • Before completing the 3-month minimum: if you cancel before completing three (3) monthly Billing Cycles, the discount applied to your Premium Reset Detail (the difference between the member rate and the standard one-time price of that service) will be charged at cancellation.
  • After the 3-month minimum: you may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice (text or email to the contact below). Your next scheduled visit and your next charge will stop once the notice period is complete.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged for the current Billing Cycle.

8. Scheduling, Visits & Rescheduling

  • Visits are scheduled on a recurring basis. Where applicable, Foam Bros may pre-schedule upcoming visits to reserve your slot.
  • Visits are allotted per Billing Cycle and do not roll over. Unused visits within a Billing Cycle are forfeited.
  • You may reschedule a visit within the same Billing Cycle with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice.
  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours before a scheduled visit, and same-day cancellations, count as that visit having been used.
  • Foam Bros will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred times according to your plan's scheduling priority. Weather, access, or safety conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion.

9. Vehicle Condition & Assessment

Your vehicle is assessed at the Premium Reset Detail to confirm alignment with the Membership, and on arrival at each visit. Maintenance visits are designed for vehicles kept at baseline condition. Excessive soiling between visits — including but not limited to heavy pet hair, spills, stains, biohazards, or heavy interior buildup — falls outside the scope of a standard maintenance visit and may require an add-on service, quoted separately at your member rate (except on Signature Care, where reasonable as-needed add-ons are included per plan). If a vehicle arrives in a condition materially below baseline, Foam Bros may perform the standard visit and recommend additional service rather than absorb restoration-level work into the maintenance visit.

10. Add-Ons & Services Outside the Plan

Members receive a standing discount on any service or add-on booked outside their plan: 10% (The Refresh), 15% (The Protection Plan), or 20% (Signature Care). Add-ons and services outside the plan are billed separately from the monthly Membership fee.

11. Vehicle & Vehicle-Class Changes

A Membership covers the specific vehicle enrolled. If you change the enrolled vehicle to one in a different vehicle class, your monthly rate will adjust to the rate for the new class beginning on your next Billing Cycle. Adding additional vehicles requires a separate Membership, except where multi-vehicle rotation is expressly included in your plan.

12. Service Area

Membership service is available within the standard Foam Bros Monterey County service area. Service to addresses outside the core service area is subject to approval and may not be available.

13. Referral Program

Members earn a $25 account credit for each new client they refer who books a service, and the referred client receives $25 off their first service or first month of Membership. Referral credits carry no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Referral disputes are resolved at Foam Bros' discretion.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Membership visit is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us promptly and we will re-service that visit at no additional charge. The specific remedy is determined by Foam Bros in good faith. The guarantee covers the quality of the service performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions outside the scope of the service.

15. Price Lock & Changes

Your monthly rate is locked for twelve (12) months from your enrollment date. After that period, Foam Bros may adjust Membership pricing with at least thirty (30) days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new rate. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel under Section 7.

16. Liability, Insurance & Damage

Foam Bros is fully insured. We take care to protect your vehicle and use professional-grade products selected to be safe for your vehicle, your family, and the environment. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our service, notify Foam Bros within forty-eight (48) hours of the visit so we can inspect and address it. Foam Bros is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, defects, normal wear, or items left in the vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foam Bros' liability arising from the Membership is limited to the cost of the service performed.

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the vehicle at the service location, including any necessary permission to perform mobile service at that address.

17. Changes to These Terms

Foam Bros may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the Membership will be handled in the courts located in Monterey County, California.
