These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of foambrosdetail.com and the services provided by Foam Bros Mobile Detailing (“Foam Bros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Foam Bros Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to car washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating application. Services are performed at the customer's chosen location within our service area.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online through our booking portal or by phone. Bookings are confirmed via text or call. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with customers reasonably.

Pricing

All listed prices are starting prices for standard-sized vehicles in typical condition. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. We will provide an updated quote before beginning work if the actual price differs from the quoted price.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. In the event of a dispute about service quality, we ask that you allow us the opportunity to correct the issue before withholding payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us before we leave so we can address the issue on the spot. If a problem is discovered after our departure, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that existed prior to our service. We conduct a pre-service inspection and will document any notable pre-existing conditions. We measure paint thickness before any paint correction work and will not proceed if we determine the work cannot be performed safely.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foam Bros Mobile Detailing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Insurance

Foam Bros Mobile Detailing maintains general liability insurance covering our services. Documentation is available upon request.
