Booking & Scheduling

The easiest way is to book online through our booking link — takes under 2 minutes. You pick your service, choose a date and time, and tell us your location. You can also call us at (831) 484-8690 and we'll schedule you directly. We typically reply to online bookings within 1 business hour.

We usually have same-week availability, and sometimes same-day for smaller services. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance for larger jobs like ceramic coating or 2-step paint correction. Our schedule runs Monday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm, so we have more flexibility than most shops.

No — you just need to let us access the vehicle and have a key for any locked compartments. Many customers leave us a key and go about their day. We'll text you when we're done. For the first appointment, we do like to walk through the results with you when possible.

Life happens. Just call or text us at (831) 484-8690 and we'll reschedule you without any hassle. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible, but we'll work with you regardless. No cancellation fees for reasonable notice.

Pricing & Payment

Our starting prices ("From $XXX") are for standard-sized sedans and SUVs in typical condition. Large vehicles (full-size trucks, 3-row SUVs, vans) and heavily soiled vehicles may cost more — we'll tell you upfront before starting. There are no surprise charges after the fact.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment is collected at completion of service.

No travel fee for any city in our standard service area — Salinas, Monterey, Marina, Seaside, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and Hollister. If you're outside these areas, call us — we may still serve you.

Yes. Customers who book recurring maintenance details (monthly or every 6–8 weeks) get a discount on each service. Ask about our maintenance plans when you book — it's a great way to keep your vehicle looking excellent year-round without the big restoration cost.

Services & Process

Our Premium Detail covers everything: full interior restoration with hot-water extraction shampoo (vacuum, shampoo, wipe-down, deodorize), exterior hand wash, clay bar decontamination, light paint polish where needed, hand wax or sealant application, wheel and tire cleaning and dressing, door jambs, and all glass. It's our most thorough single-visit service.

Paint correction is about fixing existing paint damage — swirl marks, scratches, water spots, oxidation. Ceramic coating is about protection going forward. They pair well together: we correct the paint first, then seal those results with a ceramic coating that lasts years. You can get one without the other, but getting both in sequence gives the best long-term outcome.

Our professional-grade 9H ceramic coatings typically last 2–5 years on paint, depending on how the vehicle is maintained and driven. We recommend an annual maintenance wash with a ceramic-safe product to extend the coating's life. Wheel and glass coatings have shorter lifespans — typically 1–2 years.

Not when done correctly. We measure paint thickness before starting any correction work and remove only what's necessary. We've never damaged a vehicle. Our polishers are calibrated to the minimum effective setting for each paint hardness. If your paint is too thin to correct safely, we'll tell you before we start.

Yes — it's one of our most common interior requests. Our interior deep clean uses rotary brushes for pet hair extraction, hot-water extraction shampoo for stains and odors, and professional deodorizer to neutralize pet smell. Severely contaminated interiors may need an additional treatment, which we'll quote upfront.

Mobile Service Logistics

Just access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it — a driveway, parking lot, or open parking area. We bring our own water supply, power, and all products. For interior services, it helps if the car is reasonably cleared of personal items beforehand.

Absolutely — we do it all the time. Apartment parking lots, office parking structures, and workplace lots are common locations for us. The only thing we need is enough clearance to work around the vehicle. We're quiet and unobtrusive enough that other tenants or coworkers typically don't notice us.

Rain doesn't stop us for interior services — we can detail the inside anywhere. For exterior work (wash, paint correction, ceramic coating), we need dry conditions. If weather threatens your appointment, we'll reach out proactively to reschedule. We keep a close eye on forecasts and will never try to rush through an exterior service in poor conditions — that helps nobody.

Yes, always. Our van carries a fresh water tank and a generator, so we're completely self-sufficient. We don't need a hookup at your location. This is by design — we can service any location, including street parking, parking lots, and locations without utility access.
